ParcelPay Express FAQs

ParcelPay Express is a unique app that resides inside MPay Wallet. It offers easy, fast and effective way get rates; book a delivery service via MPay Wallet platform. Courier partner will pick up from your doorstep and deliver next business day. No more queue and delivery can ever be so simple!

Once clicking on paid parcel in the main menu screen, you can track the status of your shipment.

Individual , SOHO, retailers and e-commerce sellers do not need to open an account with ParcelPay Express . We do not distinguish between individual shippers or businesses. Sender have to download MPAY Wallet ( Register Through KYC Process ) , Top Up and Select ParcelPay.

Know your customer ( KYC ) is any form of document ( company registered license , director IC and etc ) that help us identify the shipper.

Shipper have to abide our terms and agreement that prohibited items are not allow to ship .

The price quoted is a net price which included GST.

At the moment, we are only accepting MPAY Balance ( E-Money ).

ParcelPay Express delivers Parcel within next 1 to 3 days.

Courier partner will be able to pick up on the same day if the request reach before 11am. As for parcel delivery, the cut off time is around 5 pm.

We highly recommend you weight your parcel accurately. You should also apply volumetric calculator to determine the volumetric weight ( length*width*height/5000 ). The actual billing will be based on weight whichever is higher. The cost of a shipment can be affected by the amount of space that it occupies, rather than the actual weight.

You can pay via MPay Wallet ( E-Money ). To start using MPay Wallet, you need to have at least RM 100 credit via top up using online FPX or through our appointed agents.

ParcelPay Express is generally sent from an individual to another. ParcelPay CCOD typically involved commercial purposes that require additional KYC documents. Get in touch with us or call us to know more.

Upon successful payment, you cannot change the shipping contents. However, before cut off time, you still can call us for help to amend the details.

Poslaju , Skynet and Line Clear Express.

Upon successful payment, you are require to print out the consignment note and attach to the parcel.

ParcelPay Express will notify consignee on which courier firm that assign to deliver the parcel via consignment note.

The driver would not able to pick up if there is no consignment note.

Upon investigation by courier partner, standard maximum coverage for parcels is RM 200. If sender wanted to send valuable items, it is advisable to buy insurance.

We make a maximum of 2 pickup attempts. After this, your order will be canceled. You will be required to place a new order and schedule a new pickup time.

Different telephone manufacturer has different font settings such as font size and font selection. You are advice to adjust the system setting accordingly.

You can insure your parcel through ParcelPay Express . The premium is depends on the parcel value. We recommend that you buy insurance for valuable shipments.

If your parcel is sent within West Malaysia, you don't need invoice. You need to attach invoice if you are sending parcel to East Malaysia. For international shipment, you can to declare and provide relevant documents such as invoices, value of the items , description of the product. For any special items that you would like send, we require MSDS send to us before shipping.

It will take between 3 hours to 12 hours for delivery.

ParcelPay Enterprise FAQs

ParcelPay Enterprise is a multi-couriers shipping platform that connect couriers to retailers, online merchants and corporates.

A Pre-Pay account is for clients who deposit payments into their account before ordering shipments. Then as they order shipments the cost is deducted from the deposited amount. As the funds are already on deposit the checkout process is instant and allows for quick order processing.

The minimum Pre-Pay top up with credit card is RM 10.

rm0.50 or 2% from total Pre-Pay top up which ever higher.

All pre-payments remain valid indefinitely.

Any individual, merchants , brick and mortar retailers or corporates can sign up online.

Skynet , Poslaju , Nationwide , Line Clear Express and Didi Express.

Yes, once merchants and individual sign up, ParcelPay Enterprise will allow them to login with their register name and password.

When you login , you can select top up at the top right hand corner. It will lead you to MPAY Payment Gateway page where you can top up via Credit Card.

Step 3 : Create Parcel,
Step 4 : Key in Sender and Recipient Information
Step 5 : Key in Parcel Info Such As Dimension And Weight
Step 6 : Choose Courier and Service
Step 7 : Get Rate
Step 8 : Agree And Proceed To Pay.
Step 9 : Go into Assign Courier page, where you can print out consignment note and attach to the parcel and wait for parcel collection.

You can tap on payment history and order list button to view.

No. However for large account, you can call to negotiate.

Most of the courier companies require you to print out consignment note and stick to the parcel.

Customer can claim up to RM 200 if parcels found lost or damaged during shipment. For high value items, it is advisable to buy insurance. Please call our customer service to find out more.

Our couriers partner are working hard to deliver your orders on time. Sometimes delays occur due to unforeseen reasons that are out of our control. In light of such delays, please contact our customer service by phone or email with your consignment number and we will make sure your delivery arrives as soon as possible.

If you won't be available at the time of delivery, our courier partner normally leave a Not At Home Note to indicate that they have come and but no one is available. They will call you before attempt delivery for the second time. Worst case scenario, you have to drop by their nearest branch to collect the parcel.

Once the parcel is paid and collected from the pickup location, the customer will not be able to cancel the order. At this point, the courier will either deliver it or return it to the origin. The customer will have to pay the delivery charge in both cases.

ParcelPay Enterprise is web tool that allow individual sending parcel from businesses or SOHO to send parcel regularly.

The following list includes items that cannot be shipped within Malaysia or abroad.
1. Arms, ammunition and parts thereof - Aerosol.
2. Pesticides.
3. Toxic substances.
4. Gold jewelry, platinum, precious stones and silver, unless sent by insured mail.
5. Dispatches and parcels in violation of the prescribed packaging conditions.
6. Lighters full of gas (empty lighters are acceptable).
7. Radioactive materials.
8. Drugs and materials that have a psychological impact.
9. Flammable films, celluloid or materials manufactured from celluloid.
10. Flammable, explosive or other hazardous material.
11. Medical drugs unless accompanied by import license.
12. Offensive publications pursuant to legitimate, law and traditional custom.
13. Pornography.
14. Dispatches and parcels in violation of the prescribed packaging conditions that can be a danger to postal workers, or may contaminate or damage the other letters and parcels or postal equipment.
